根据《国务院办公厅关于2022年部分节假日安排的通知》规定，2022年劳动节期间4月30日（星期六）至5月4日（星期三）放假，共5天，4月24日(星期日)、5月7日(星期六)正常开展外国人来华工作许可“不见面”审批网上办理业务。市级外国人来华工作许可现场接待服务恢复时间另行通知。

　　

　　为落实本市疫情防控工作要求，减少聚集、助企纾困，为外籍人才和用人单位提供更大便利，疫情期间在现行外国人来华工作许可“不见面”审批的基础上，原需现场受理的核验环节调整为“视频核验+远程受理”方式。上海市科学技术委员会（上海市外国专家局）将加强事后监管，对办理材料原件进行抽查核验。咨询服务请拨打12345、8008205114(固话)，4008205114（手机）转9外国人来华工作专席，将有专人服务对接，也可关注微信公众号（“上海科技” “外国人才在上海”）和网站（http://www.sgst.cn/foreign）等了解相关信息。

　　Notice on Reception Hours of Municipal Windows during the 2022 Labour Day

　　

　　In accordance with the Notice of the General Office of the State Council on the Arrangement of Some Holidays in 2022, it’s Labour Day from April 30 (Sat.) to May 4 (Wed.), 2022, and the business of online approval for foreigner’s work permit in China will be available on April 24(Sun.) and May 7 (Sat.). The reopening date of municipal windows for offline service will be announced separately.

　　

　　To further implement Covid-19 prevention and control measures, reduce crowd gathering or population flow, provide relief to businesses, and provide more convenience for foreign talents and employers, during the pandemic period, the verification process that requires on-site examination and acceptance is replaced by "video verification + remote acceptance" based on the current "Online Approval" for foreigner’s work permit in China. STCSM (SAFEA) will strengthen post-operational oversight for supervision and random verification of the original documents required.
